Due to the need for some serious confidence and action in this time of challenge, we are now offering Corporate Leadership and Presentation Skills Workshops. Our mission is to provide you with even greater clarity in your communication and to expand your level of leadership to inspire and motivate your team, pulling them together to obtain hard and fast results.

We are offering 2 options:
• 1 day workshops featuring coaching from JC Mac and Chip Jenkins

• 2 day musical and performance skills workshops with coaching from JC Mac and Chip Jenkins featuring group participation exercises in both onstage confidence and leadership development.

JC Mac is a leadership development coach, team builder and public speaker. He has facilitated personal and business development seminars for thousands of people worldwide, creating breakthrough results.

He coached and supported the US equities department at Cantor Fitzgerald during their recovery and healing process from their loss after 9/11 and has worked with many other executives and teams within such companies as BAA, Network Rail, BA, Bechtel, First Engineering, Citi Group, EMI Music, Lang O’Rourke, BP/Amoco, Chevron, Orange, ING, British Museum, HSBC, Bank of America, Cisco Systems and more.

John had also spent many years designing and working on the transformation of leaders, he studied leadership development during his military commitments, business strategy, psychology, behavioural transformation, health, nutrition, fitness, martial arts and meditation and applies all of their principles in coaching as a way of impacting business performance.

He has been trained by some of the world’s most effective business and life coaches and uses a body of insightful distinctions to empower people in accomplishing extraordinary results.
